Ganesh Posina is promoter of HEARTLAND INFRA an Infrastructure and Construction Company Based out of Hyderabad. He is also a Managing Partner of UNITED BILT INFRA based out of Hyderabad. A Graduate in Technology from BITS Pilani, Mr. Posina has over 25 years of experience in the Information and Technology industry. He began his career with ICIM Ltd., (subsidiary of ICL UK). After a brief stint at ITC Ltd’s Information Systems Division Mr. Posina moved to the United States, working for Mastech Corporation (currently iGATE) and was posted at Oxford Health Plans as Account Manager, at Oxford he was involved in Development and Support of Health Insurance Management Systems and Implementation of Oracle ERP Applications. Mr. Posina joined Intelligroup Asia as head of Offshore Global Support Center and later as Vice President – Technology Delivery. Mr. Posina in the year 2004 incorporated an information technology services company “PRONEST INC.” based out of New Jersey, USA and has run the company full time till 2010 before relocating back to Hyderabad. He currently is serving as Director on the board. Mr. Posina has completed Diploma in Civil Engineering from SMVM Polytechnic, Tanuku. He has taken a sabbatical from Information Technology related activities to pursue his passion in Civil Engineering since the year 2010.
